Each year, the GoPro Mountain Games present an opportunity to bring home a furry Colorado friend! Dog adoption is a popular part of the event, and all adopters will be supported by our incredible partners.

Purina Pro Plan will provide six months of food for every adopted dog.
Pacifico will gift an adoption starter pack, including a collar, leash, bandana, and dog bed.
Ruffwear will cover the adoption fees and provide a Ruffwear Adventure Dog (RAD) kit consisting of a dog bag, leash, toy, and bowl. Dogs will also go home in a Ruffwear harness and other gear after getting sized on-site.
The Grand Hyatt will offer a 2-night stay to the first ten people who adopt a dog at the Games (*based on availability).
You may also want to partake in the GoPro Rocky Dog Fun Run at 6 PM, a 5K run/walk for dogs and their human companions.

Friday, June 9: Gear Up and Bond with Your New Best Friend
Visit Gear Town to discover the latest outdoor gear, SWAG, and over 150 adventure brands. Witness the Tudor Slackline Invitational where professional slackliners from around the globe compete head-to-head.

For dog parents, try DockDogs, a new event at the Mountain Games at 5 PM. This isn’t a competition but a fun tryout to see if your dog has the potential to become a DockDog. And don’t forget the first Yappy Hour from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM in Dog Town. Enjoy a free Pacifico beer and hot dogs provided by GoPro, while your furry friend has some playtime.

Sunday, June 11: Off to the Races!
Start your Sunday with the Free EverBank Kids X-Country Mountain Bike race at 10 AM. It’s a unique bike race designed for children aged 12 and under.
