The Vail Dickens Carolers

Vail Public Library proudly welcomes the Dickens Carolers for a night of caroling in our Fireside Lounge. The Dickens Carolers have been singing in the streets of Vail for over thirty-five years. Dressed in Dickens’ fashions, they help spread “Holiday Cheer” throughout the valley.

Vail Ice Skating Spectacular

This year features Nathan Chen in his only Colorado appearance since his 2022 Olympic Victory! Astronomy Nights

A professional astronomer will lead guests through a fun exploration of the night sky using museum-grade, state-of-the-art telescopes for observing the universe.
Asleep At The Wheel

Inspired by Western swing and honky-tonk country, the band has accrued 10 Grammy Awards. In the fall, a career retrospective recorded with the current lineup — and a few special guests — will carry the band back onto the road, where they’ve remained a staple for five decades.
10th Mountain Legacy Parade
Friday, December 30 | Base of Gondola One, Vail Village | 7 PM
Guests are invited to watch skiers dressed in traditional 10th Mountain Division Ski Trooper uniforms perform a Torchlight Ski Down to the base of Gondola One, followed by a parade of military veterans, also in traditional uniform, marching from Gondola One down Bridge Street, across the Covered Bridge and finishing at the 10th Mountain statue.

Thursday Night Lights Ski Down
Weekly on Thursdays | Haymeadow Gondola | Beaver Creek | 5:30 PM Registration, 6:00 PM Upload
Skiers that are level 4 or above are encouraged to register at the group’s sales office in the afternoon. We will hand out light up batons. Once registration concludes, skiers along with our ski school will upload onto the Haymeadow gondola for the spectacular show. As part of this weekly event, guests will be delighted with fireworks display from the top of the mountain.
